How do I escape a problem so it is solved

In Oct, ATT tech drilled a hole in the wrong wall, and punched into our bonus room/big screen tv room. I have been unable for anyone to take ownership of this so I can actually get it fixed.  I am dealing now with some functionary in Little Rock who works for a company called Sedgewick who wants me to send them an itemized list of materials for the repair. I have sent pictures of the hole, many phone calls, but I still have a hole in my wall.

Oh yes, while this was going on, the cabler install guy cut my sprinkler lines, and as of 20 Dec, the cable is still laying on my grass.

It would appear that my biggest mistake in this whole thing was letting an ATT tech into my house.  Is there any way to get some help on this?

I got a PM from the team, and attempted to reply with my info. There is no reply button, so I hopefully got the address right and sent it. At least I could see no trace of a reply button.
I'll see if I get anything back by the end of the week.
Thank you.
