HOW DO I RECEIVE A NEW WIRED RECECIVER?

Have you tried hooking it up to another TV?

What do you mean by "will not work"?

Are all wires plugged in tight?

Unplug all U-Verse boxes.

Plug the gateway back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the DVR back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the receivers back in and wait for normal operations.

If you've done all that, call 800-288-2020 and ask for technical support.
