I need to escalate an install missed this past Friday due to an incorrect ATT&T phone number

I need to escalate an install missed this past Friday due to an incorrect ATT&T phone number on the technician's work order. I was to be called to allow access to my home, however, the tech left once he called and got a wrong number message. I ordered AT&T UVerse TV and Internet December 19th 2018. How do I contact Regional Manager to ask to escalate the install date for tomorrow.
