I need to return equipment from a 8 year account for a 8 year account

Since you can not install the equipment in my home. I was told to expect a return equipment box and instructions since December 4, 2017 but nothing has happened and want this electronics out of my home or it will be trashed or given away. My name is George C and I used to live at   Casselberry, fl 32708 but have a completely new address ,   Daytona Beach, Fl 32119. You have 5 days to apply a answer by email OR simply I will leave the equipment in its entirety at the AT and T store on Beville Road in Daytona Beach, take pictures for my records and be done with a Overrated Service that for 7 years overcharged my accounts which have been blocked for anymore payments to Direct TV by 200.00 per month for as I found out recently from Spectrum my new carrier  [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
