Install on black friday 11/25?

My appointment to have tv and internet was messed up twice because of AT&T. I called the get another date and the soonest they are saying they can sent a tech is on 11/29. So I checked on the myatt app and it says 11/25 is avaliable.

Im confused as customer service told me 11/24 (Thanksgiving) and 11/25 (black friday) wernt avaliable due to the holiday.

So my question is, does AT&T install on black friday? The date was not marked out on the scheduling calander.
