Installation Problem
We scheduled a service call to get AT&T UVerse service installed on May 21, but the installer did not show up. We rescheduled for today, June 4, but the installer did not show up. In both cases the customer service representative refused to state what the problem was. We now have service scheduled for June 15. I don't know how to escalate this. Can somebody at AT&T private-message me to let me know 1) why AT&T is having such a problem getting an installer to our house and 2) how we can be sure that service will really be installed on June 15?
Does AT&T really want our business?
