Installing Att Services That Has Taken a Month!!
I am so frustrated with Att installation that it is crazy. I called back in the middle of September to have my services moved from my apartment to my new house. I specifically did this in order for any issues to arise that they be fixed before I move. I got a call that an issue had occurred that will take one to two days to fix the issue but it should be fixed by my installation date. My installation date came and went. I called back for a rep to tell me that it will take a week or two. I had another rep tell me that my projected date for the issue to be resolved is October 27th. Remind you, I moved on September 29th. No one seems to know when this issue will be fixed. One rep told me they had to run the line out to my house, in which I saw someone actually do that. I spoke with someone again that told me the issue was fixed so I scheduled another installation date. They called again telling me the issue was not resolved. I called back to check the status and the lady told me that the issue was fixed, I asked her three times to confirm. I scheduled my installation date for this Friday, October 20th. I recently received a phone call with them telling me that the issue is still not fixed. I have been without services of any sort for the past 3 weeks going into a month. I am beyond frustrated with Att that all they can do is offer me credits. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, no one wanted to send me to them. I work from home on occasions and I think it is disturbing that no one can give me answers to when someone would be able to come out! As stated I was told about the line that needs to be ran, or that the cables to my house are old and need to be replaced ( which I am confused about because it is a brand new house!), or that the connection box is too far away. If someone could please get in contact with me ASAP that would greatly appreciated. At this point I can't recommend anyone starting or transferring with Att! I am beyond livid with this company.
