It just keeps getting worse....

After posting a comment on this forum about the problems I had with AT&T's customer service I received a phone call from Aundrea, a social media manager. Please, go to my previous post for the full story. Aundrea, was missing the whole point of my previous complaint! She thought I felt like I should get some special treatment because we live in a connected community. This was not, nor ever, was the case. When I began the process with AT&T the price was lower than the price they are making me pay now. The process of installment was delayed by no fault of my own. I was not asking for additional credits or discounts. I just want to pay the lower price that was originally quoted. After trying to explain this over and over to Aundrea and her telling me she works there, she knows what she is doing. I decided to end the conversation because I was getting no where! If anyone out there can lower my bill to the originally quote price, please contact me.
