Just getting my service installed

I am highly mad... and I’m to the point I don’t even want your service because of all the hassle and troubles I have had since I ordered your service. It’s been non stop disappointment. I don’t even know we’re to start either. First I order online and scheduled my first apt to have it put on hold cause I apartly all ready had service there. To go rounds there. So the notes the account on what’s going on to put it on hold until previous tenant moves there service. So I call Tuesday evening to let it be known it was moved and canceled. To reschedule my installation. I rescheduled it . A few hours later I get there still service at my house. So I call check on it and I had to explain I just moved in there. You verify with my rental office I just moved in . So for a third time I scheduled this. And today u call my husband starting that we’re gonna have to reschedule cause your over booked. Then I get a voice message saying u can not do this until the 19th of the month. Then I call to schedule a 4th time and I’m told I have to wait till the 12th. I would like a supervisor to call me In reguards to this matter. Very unhappy. Thank you carolyn R[edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

@David4820  Does Spectrum have a community where you could go and bash AT&T on a daily basis?
