Letter requesting equipment return Tech took it with him
I recieved a letter asking for return of the VIP2250 box. The box was sent to me but when I could not get it to work AT&T sent a tech to install. After install he took the old box with him.
Please contact the tech about the return of this box and remove my name from your follow up files.

@miboiler Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature below, by Need Help?
Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service return 2250/tech took it problems.
Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply, possibly by email instead. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉
