Long term system outage

The power in our apartment complex was out for about an hour on October 3rd at 12pm central time. Once the power came back on, our uverse was down. It is now almost 24 hours later and the outage for uverse is still happening. How long does it take for AT&T to fix this issue because it is ridiculous?

We had a nearly 24 hr outage beginning 10:30pm oct 3rd. Limited info avail from customer service or tech support. We are northern california. Very frustrating that they would not say how widespread the outage was or what caused it. I have been livid most of the day and will be expressing my disappointment with att to higher ups at att tomorrow. This lack of service needs to be investigated. Tempted to call FCC too.
