My mother died

My mother died and I need to return her u-verse equipment. I am not on her account so people at U-verse won't give me her account information I am trying to close out everything in her name. However, I do not have her account number.

I'm afraid of just throwing the boxes in the mail/UPS because I don't know how I will receive verification that they received their equipment.

Provide them as much information as you can including the name that the account was under and the address where the service was.  Watch for the blue envelope at the top of this page.  You should hear something in 3 business days.
