Design? You mean a description? Wall/street connection connects to your gateway's green broadband socket (or if fiber the red ONT socket). DVR connects from it's network socket to any one of the 4 yellow gateway sockets.
If you have wireless receivers the WAP (wireless access point - little box that communicates with wireless receivers) ethernet connects to any one of the 4 yellow ports on the gateway.
If you have wired receivers they connect like the dvr, i.e. their network socket to one of the yellow ports on the gateway.
I'll leave as an exercise on how to connect your tv's to the dvr or wireless receivers!
