my wireless remote receivers continuously loose connection to the main DVR, what can i do? Sometimes they require rebooting. This happens two to three times daily.

I put one of my problematic wireless receivers up on a plastic cup to raise it up in the air a bit.  The cup is about 5 inches high.  This seems to have helped the reception quite a bit.

The location of the wireless "base" transmitter is very important as well.  Make sure it is not hidden away in a closet or has too many walls or floors between it and the receiver.  Try to relocate or reorient the base such that it has a better line-of-sight to the receiver.

Also note that other wireless devices can and will interfere with the base-to-receiver transmissions.

How many signal strength bars show on the wireless receivers?  3 is marginal, 4-5 best.  Move the WAP (little box ethernet connected to gateway) around for a better signal.  Use a longer ethernet cable on the WAP if necessary to give you more freedom to move it around.  Signal strength is a function of the distance to the WAP the the kinds of materials the signal needs to pass through.
