need cable buried
I live in Bedford Texas. Three weeks ago, we noticed a cable running along the fence that terminates into an AT&T box. The other end of the cable is channel under the fence. I do not have AT&T, nor did I request AT&T services. I have been on the phone for almost two hours with various departments and people, trying to get this cable buried. No one will help me, since I don't have an account with AT&T; nor do they find an open ticket with the address of the house behind me. Who can help me get this cable buried?

Just an FYI if you put up a fence across the utility easement, you may have to move the fence or make sure there is access when you aren’t home.
Talk to your town about the easement. You don’t have the right to block or obstruct an easement

Nothing in this response applies me nor my question; but thank you for responding.
