NEVER reveived the $200 gift card

So I was promised $200 visa gift card to install the AT&T tv/internet service. After getting my service installed, I was patiently waiting for my gift card but never got it.

When I first installed the AT&T TV/Internet service on 4/8, the sales
person promised me $200 Visa gift card which I never received. Few days
after the installation, I called AT&T to plan to change to Internet only,
another sales person offered me $100 reward card in order to have me stay
in the current plan. I accepted it. However I never received the initial
$200 gift card! When I inquired it, the sales person said that it passed
180 days time frame which I have never been told of at the first place.
Also, it actually hasn't passed 180 days yet! Later I was given another
time frame 120 days, what? I was waiting for receiving the reward card all
this time, no one told me that I have to call them to ask for it... The
whole experience is just awful.

I have contacted the reward center many times last Friday. It was on hold forever. I also got transferred to the loyalty department who promised me $100 credit offer. Then they transferred me to reward center. And then reward center said they don’t handle credit. Then there is no follow up any more.
