New reciever problem

Went through the X1 problem last week....ATT sent new reciever.

Hooked up new Motorola reciever everything working properly except I cannot pause live TVor record shows. My setting for recorded series is working fine but I cannot pause, FF, or reverse.

I am recieving the "The pause command is not working". I can record and watch but I have to go to scheduled to watch a recorded show. I have reset system. I have done the complete recovery and yet the problem persists. Has anyone had this problem and please, how do I fix this.

@tavolatim - TRy the system reset again being careful to do it in order-

Pull power on all u-verse boxes.

Restore RG wait for all green

Restore DVR wait for viewing

Restore other STBs/WAPs

 

Do you have any COAX?? Make sure connections a tight

DVR should be connected to RG cat5

WAPS should be at least a meter away from the RG.

OK,

unplugged all 3 recievers, reset RG, waited 10 min, turned on all recievers one at a time, in order, waiting 5 min. before each power up. each did thinking. Still tells me DVR not available, but now reciever #2 is telling me the box is not registere for that TV.


NEED HELP?
