No "cache" when accessing "Last channel"?
Hi All,
I recently had fiber internet (currently 300 mbps, but can go to 1 gbps in my neighborhood) installed at my home, along with U300 tier of U-verse.
We have discovered that, when watching two channels via use of the "last channel" button, when we return to the previous channel, we cannot rewind.
Is this normal operation? We could always rewind on the last channel with TWC/Spectrum.
Kinda makes the "Last Channel" button worthless IMO.
Please share your knowledge/experience.
Thanks!

Fiber works differently than traditional cable so it's fruitless to compare the two.
Uverse provides "streams" (max 4). When you change channels, you are discontinuing that stream to access another stream. Set the DVR if you think you'll be switching back and forth. That way, the DVR is capturing the stream to make it accessible later.*
