NO POWER OR LIGHT ON WIRELESS U-VERSE TV RECEIVER BOX
Followed all restart instructions; power to all units of power strip but no power to U-verse wireless tv box near tv. Just went out. Other tv’s working also wireless. Just one tv in den no power lights to box.

Could be a bad power adapter but just to dot the i's and cross the t's try connecting it directly to the wall socket instead of the power strip.

Equipment dies. Call CS. A new receiver will be sent for a self-install. You have 21 days to return the bad one.

Or it's possible the wallwart's adapter isn't firmly plugged into the STB. Try re-seating the connector. Cycling the power-strip would result in the same observation for a faulty power-strip outlet, faulty adapter, plug not inserted, or the unit not indicating it is receiving power. A voltmeter could be used if you had one to verify there is power at the adapter's connector that plugs into the unit.
