Not happy with recent switch to U-Verse

I had U-Verse installed two days ago. I want my Xfinity back. My salesman said I have 30 days to change my mind. Will AT&T show me how to hook up my Xfinity? The Xfinity service has not been terminated.

Do not like remote control and tv picture keeps freezing.

I doubt anything can be done about the remote aside from getting a 3rd party one. The picture definitely should not be freezing on you. I've never had that happen. How are the STBs connected to the residential gateway? Coax or ethernet?

In the last few days, my TV picture is pixellating and freezing and losing the U-Verse signal repeatedly... about 6 times a day. I've changed nothing.  My internet keeps going "out" at the same time.

I'm assuming you've called to have a tech come out? It sounds like there could be a problem with the signal coming into your home. Once that gets ironed out you shouldn't have problems with the TV freezing.
