Not what what I was told I would get :'(

First let me start by saying so far all 3 people I have spoke with from at&t have been so incredibly kind !! However... I finally got my U-verse hooked today (yay) One issue... I was told "yes you will have HBO" and "you will have 200 channels". Both of which I do not have... so I will call in the morning if I have to. Do you think this issue can be solved???!

Do you have any kind of confirmation of what you ordered? An email or something from the tech who installed it? Did the tech give you a user name to login to your account with? If yes, login to your account at ATT.com and look at the services listed in your account. Then call customer service. Have your account number ready.
