NVR conflicting with NVG599
When I connect my ZMODO NVR to the NVG599 gateway, I am able to see my security cameras manipulate through my app just fine and Uverse channels have no issues. The ZMODO is an SPOE generation 2 wired, camera system using cat5 cable from the cameras to the NVR. Then there is one cat5 cable connecting the NVR to the NVG599. For some reason, after a couple of hours, I can turn on my TV and my Uverse system displays that my TV connection was lost, but my security system still works fine. To get the TV connection back, I have to disconnect the Security NVR and go through the reset process for the UVerse products. The process instructions displayed on the TV screen doesn't ever work and I end up having to physically unplug everything and plug them back in to get everything to reset and start working again. So I cannot use my security system as anything more than a stand alone. I need to be able to setup up my gateway to accept both the uverse tv and the security system.

Alleged solution takes me to a page with a bunch of topics other than resolving my issue with security system conflicts. I changed modems to the 5268 AC FXN and still have not been able to resolve the issue. The same thing happens when I attach the system to the moved via ethernet. I lose my uverse tv and have to disconnect the security system and reset everything. Don't give me a link to a page with a bunch of stuff that is not relevant to addressing my issue, take the time to do some customer service and give me the link to the specific issue resolution for a security system, or list the solution step by step........

There is nothing in this solution that tells me how to resolve my issue. For once provide an answer that folks can go to without wasting a bunch of time trying to figure out which link is applicable to the problem at hand. ATT keeps wasting my time with one issue or another. Either the internet is creeping along at 1 or 2mbps instead of the highest level I am paying for or the system always shuts off and on repeatedly. Getting ready to see if there is another company that can provide a direct solution to my issue instead of sending me off on a wild goose chase.
