Online move tool

I called the customer service number over the weekend and stated to the automated system that I wanted to transfer service. It sent a link to the online move tool. I attempted to login to start the process, only to get a message stating that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and after a delay of the automated system trying to figure out where to send my call, it sent me to sales which apparently is not open on Sunday.

What's the point of having an online service move tool if I cannot go through the process of moving my service without having to call customer service?
