Only part of my recording is playing.
I have had trouble with only part of my recordings showing. I watch Alone and I watch Mountain Men and with both shows it says they are an hour long and the recording says they recorded and hour but when I play either one they play about 20 minutes and then it says it is finished and do I want to delete. Only part of the show is playing on both and I have had the problem with other shows. This is with U-verse TV and it is the Fiber Optic service just in case there is other types of U-verse. This is the only trouble I've noticed.

If that's happening then maybe the problem is spreading to more than just Bravo (there are many threads on that one). If it is "spreading" to other channels then like the "Bravo problem" nothing is going to be done to"fix" it unless there are more reports. If there is IMO that's a good thing since maybe the problem will get a higher priority from att than just trying to "fix" a single channel. Might be easier to debug too.

This is happening to me too. I just now watched big brother it recorded 1 hour an 3 minutes but stopped at 43 minutes so I missed the best part. This happens quite a bit over the last few months but too busy to call, thinking maybe it would quit doing it. My shows also freeze and get pixelated a lot, making me miss a lot of my show and it’s very frustrating. I plan to call and report it tomorrow.
