Our service keeps flickering in and out
We have been having the same problem with our service for the past month or so. We will be watching TV when all of a sudden the pixels in the TV start separating and then we get directions on how to scout the trouble. No visible program is on any TV for at least 2 - 3 minutes. We had a repairman to visit about 1-1/2 weeks ago. At that time he left a $50. box that he said would help reception, it has not. He left us with his name and number so we could reach him, we have called 5 times on different days at different times hoping to get in touch with him. He has failed to return any of the calls. We were hoping to be able to have him return to try again to help us. It is so annoying to pay our bill on time and every month and not get satisfaction. We are unable to place a call to ATT and speak with someone who understands us or who we understand, because they don't speak clear English. How can we get in touch with our serviceman Nick @ 317-476-2089, maybe you can have him or an English speaking tech contact us. We would like to get what we are paying for, we are retired, handicapped seniors and TV is our enjoyment.
