Outdoor Television Set Up
I installed a television in my backyard and I am wondering what I need in order to get the UVerse to this television from the set inside the house? Everything we have is AT&T including WiFi. Is there a WiFi option? Thank you

You can get a wireless receiver (extra $10/month) but the question is will the signal reach it? A wireless receiver includes a WAP (wireless access point - little box ethernet connected to the gateway). The WAP communicates with the wireless receiver to allow the receiver to access the dvr through the gateway. So the wildcard is will the signal between the WAP and the wireless receiver be strong enough? It's a function of the distance from WAP to wireless receiver and the materials the signal needs to pass through.
There's no predicting whether this will work until you try it. You can use a longer ethenet cable to give you the freedom to move the WAP around to try to get a better signal.
Also if the tv is outside and the wireless receiver is there too, how are these things being protected from the elements?
