Pairing S10-S4 remote with Westinghouse HD 32 Inch TV
have recently purchased a pretty good TV, Westinghouse HD 32 Inch and all works great with the exception of pairing the S10-S4 remote with the TV. I've tried the 2 codes that are available on the ATT website but no go. Has anyone used a Westinghouse TV and been able to pair the 2 devices and if so what 4 digit code were you able to use to get it to work - Thanks much in advance

Thank you for the quick response, unfortunately I've already tried the methods described in the instructions including the Westinghouse codes but to no effect. The TV auto recognized the S10 controller on startup without configuring anything but the Audio control will not work after trying all codes and using the FF button method. Was looking to see if there were any other codes possibly other than those in the instructions - Thanks

Hi @Sweakley2023,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We highly appreciate you going through all the troubleshooting steps. In this case, we suggest you go to the following article to help you with your volume issues.
Let's try reprogramming the remote again with user guide for S10-S4 remote advanced features setup for volume.
If you have no audio program the remote to control. Click the volume up and look for 25 on the tv, then you can reprogram to control the TV.
And, go through the article on how to reset remote control
Hope this information is helpful!
