Phantom Technician and repair

OK,   so last week I spend over an hour with a "technician" on the phone about my 2 wireless tv receivers that freeze the picture occasionally.   Of course they did all they always do, reboot, reboot, reboot, reboot disconnect, disconnect, disconnect and so forth.

After telling him that i was tired of these occasional freeze ups i want the wireless receivers out and i want wired receivers.  He then told me ok we'll send them out,  I kindly reminded him, that the router they provided only has 4 lan ports, and I have 4 tv's and internet so would not have an extra port to accomodate the 2 wired.    Sounds easy doesn't it.   After "trying to understand me", he said they will have to schedule a service call.  I said fine, whatever, just get it fixed.   Appointment was setup for Sunday morning between 8:30-12:30.    Maybe they meant next year or so, because no one ever showed up, however, i received a "text"  message stating that the service was restored.   I immediately looked at the recivers in case they had magically morphed into a wired one.  No, false hope.

ATT, maybe to you our time is not valuable, but even though we only pay pennies on what you makes from all of us combined, at least keep your word.

I still have occasional freeze ups on the tv, the most I ever get from the 1Gig ethernet is 1/2 gig, and thats on a clear day.   I want all my receivers working correctly, with updated equipment or wired receivers.

And for your phone tech support at ATT, math never changes, so if i have 4 tv recivers and 1 internet connection, that add to 5 ports, the router as 4 Lan ports so 5-4=1,   so you see I would always be short 1 port.

Thanks you for letting me vent.
