Property damage claim

Hi. Can you help me file a claim with Sedgewick for damage done to my property by an At&t crew? My sewer main and irrigation lines were cut, as much as I wish I could fix it on my own it is just too big of a job.

AT&T claims are handled through Sedgwick, their claims administrator.

If you need to file a new claim, have the following information available:

  • Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.

Once you have the information together, call the Claim Center at 800.894.0374.

Once the administrator receives the information, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.

The phone number given, 800-894-0374, is no longer in service. What is the correct Risk Management number?

I am trying to notify AT&T of a damaged AT&T cable in our neighborhood and I can't find anyone in AT&T who will accept my notification.  I've learned that your customer service system stinks.  In my neighborhood there is a fallen tree bearing down on your telephone pole and cable, to the point your entire service along Jones Maltsberger will be damaged.  The tree is located on Jones Maltsberger at the entrance to our subdivision called Gardens of Oak Hollow.  The tree is located at the back of a house on Shoal Run in the easement strip on Jones Maltsberger. Sedgwick doesn’t handle repairs to AT&T facilities. The owner of the tree is responsible to trim. At&T doesn’t do tree trimming.

Hello, can anyone help me get anything done with this company? I got assigned to a T Hardy and they are beyond unprofessional. I have been calling her for over a month and never has she answered, never returned my voicemails. I had to call the company and escalate my case just to get an email from her so I could turn in my claim. The company put the wrong information into their system so I was unable to make a my Sedgwick account and they didn’t fix it so I have no way of knowing what if anything is going on. I have emailed her asking for updates and as always she refuses to do her job and reply. I need someone high enough up to actually help me. Please!! This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered in over 40 years.
