Yes, but it generally does not get very good reviews.  Google search for att point anywhere remote.

I only saw a couple of the A20-RF1 remotes in the field, one of which was the center of a service complaint. It was expensive to get through AT&T, and as _xyzzy_ mentioned, it wasn't well regarded by the techs.

Another possibility, depending on the layout of the setup could be to use a IR repeater.  It consists of two boxes; a transmitter and a receiver.   You point your IR remote at the transmitter, it sends RF signals to it's companion receiver which in turn emits the same IR to the device (dvr/receiver/whatever).  It means you need to place the transmitter where you can point your att remote.  It also means you need to place the receiver where it can see the device.  That's why I prefixed all this with "depending on the layout of the setup".

FWIW the "point anywhere" remote is essentially the same thing except that the transmitter is inside the remote and the receiver is a USB dongle you plug into the dvr/receiver USB socket ion the front.  The dongle actually then emits the IR.
