Reciever install

Had financial trouble and was about take back my equipment. Got tax refund and decided to keep service. Now I need to hook my boxes back up and can't seem to get them to work. Is there an online tutorial to show installation?

Is this regarding DirectTV or AT&T TV service, Have you already had an order placed to remove the service.

No, my daughter took the boxes out and we needed to put them back. We can't see tv but internet works.
