Recorded 2 hour show, only plays first 2 minutes

Recorded a game today.  It shows up on the list, with total time of 2 hours.  When I play the recording it stops and shows recording ended after 2 minutes or so.  I can pause the recording before it ends and you see the "green bar" indicating I'm only a minute into a full 2 hour recording.  I've had the uverse service interrupted during a recording in the past and it will show the total recording duration up to the point the recording stopped, not the total length of the show.  It would seem that today it recorded the whole thing, but won't play it back.  

Does anyone have experience with this and ideas on fixing?
