Red x /3

Help! There is an red X and 3 above it! I tried rebooting the dvr... it's not working... it keeps appearing! I'm getting frustrated!!

Red X 3 means "Cannot connect to service group database. Not a box issue.".  So the problem is not with your dvr.  Check this thread out (post 😎 which suggest sending a private message to @ATTU-verseCare.  IMO it wouldn't hurt to also call tech support as well.

 

Note post 8 by @QwertyAsdfg is where I got that definition of red X 3.
