Red x again. 7th time
I signed up for uverse in October. Since then I have had constant issues with the TV reciever. Normally I get about an hour of viewing time before it crashes and I have to reboot the whole system which takes 15 minutes. On a good day I only have to reboot 4-5 times. Of course this doesn't always work. I have had to have my reciever replaced 6 times and am currently waiting on a technician to bring me a new one. Red X with the number 8 every time.
None of the technicians or people on the phone have a clue what is wrong with it. Their only solution is to give me another box, which usually breaks within 2-3 weeks.
My DVR is completely useless since I have to replace my box every 2 weeks.
I am currently looking at switching to another provider and will do so once this reciever breaks.
Since I only get to watch tv about 50% of the time I want to it would be great if you guys would refund me half the money I have wasted on your horrible product.
I am extremely dissatisfied and will be cancelling my service as soon as I find a suitable replacement.

@Jdr3000 I'd say something is going on there causing your problems, 6 (or is it 7, like other post today). Since you've already seen the ATT Uverse Care post about red x's, not much else we can offer.
