Red X #1 and #10 (same) Hard drive failure/flash partitioning/formatting

 

Try the troubleshooting steps described here.  If you end up having to do disaster recovery and it still doesn't work then you will need to call tech support for a replacement dvr (I assume you are getting this on the tv connected to the dvr).  After disaster recovery all your recordings (but not your program scheduling) are lost.  But you probably lost them anyhow if the hard drive truly failed.
