Retention number for UVerse/Internet

What is the number to call for retaining a customer who has UVerse and Internet? I was given a number that only has voicemail. I spoke with a  customer service representative about options after my year is up, but I am not at all satisfied. Please let me know. Thank you.

Call 1-800-288-2020, tell CS you want to CANCEL, be polite and see if they will help.  Reports have come back recently they no longer discount current services, but want to upsell you then discount that.

Although there has been a report they did discount a user w/u450 and power Internet. 😉

Everyone has the same problems. It is worth it to switch to a new carrier. It is less hassle to switch then to fight with customer "retention" every time the promotions expire. Other companies have rates which will stay the same for as long as you have the plan.

Too bad you can't do that anymore because you removed the ability to message ATTCares
