Return box and label
My mom has not received her box and return label following her disconnect of service on May 24th. Her email that she received from AT&T on May 19th stated that the equipment return kit would arrive within 4-7 days and it has not arrived. How can she track down the box? No tracking number was included in her email. Please help. She is an elderly lady and is in distress that she will be charged for the equipment since she has not been able to get it returned.

you just need to take them to a ups store they will box and ship at no cost to you
