We understand that returning your equipment is a time sensitive issue, being that if you have yet to return equipment before 21 days after services are disconnected you will be charged a fee.
To ensure that does not happen return the following equipment to your local UPS Store, and they will walk you through the process.
Residential Gateway (Router/Modem)
TV Receivers
Remote Controls
Power Cords
