Screen says: Account Unavailable

After 1 phone call, 3 chats an an email we got a new DVR. Now my set in my room says "Account Unavailable This set top box does not match the account settings. Help!

You need to call the 800 288-2020 and ask for Tech support.

 

This might happen when you attach the DVR before what the time on the paper work said to.

Is there any other way? I was on the phone last week with someone from that number and they barely understood anything. It was such a frustrating call.
