Secondary receivers don’t work

After relocating my main receiver and gateway to another part of the room(about 10’). My main receiver and tv work fine. My remote tv and receiver s keep asking to restart to no avail. Should I restart gateway? Entire system is hard wired.

Are you saying you didn't reboot the one of the "main TV"?

Do this in this specific order:

Unplug EVERY box, including the DVR

Unplug the GATEWAY

Wait 20 secs.

Plug in gateway

Wait for all lights to come on

Go to DVR

Plug it in next.

Wait for it to become functional

Plug in each receiver...one at a time

See if those come on since you did a Whole House Reboot

If that doesn't work, call CS 1-800-288-2020

If you relocated the gateway, wasn't it power cycled already?  Have you power cycles all boxes?

By power cycled I assume you mean unplug/plug in each remote receiver. Yes I have and no luck. Just get the message: “Uverse is not available at this time. Please try again later. “

Did you power cycle the GATEWAY first and then the receivers?

Yes. Gateway first then each remote receiver except the one that is working with the main TV.

Well, there is no reason for this not to work unless the Ethernet cable isn't plugged in.

If @skeeterintexas suggestion doesn't work, the next recommendation att will make is to factory reset the gateway by pressing the red button in back for 10 seconds.
