Sedgwick Claim giving me little for broken TV

U verse was at my house on a install and broke a TV. The replacement cost is 278.00 no big deal huh? Well Sedgwick says they will give me 178.00 due to depreciation. I didn't ask them to break the tv. I told Emma from Sedgwick I am unable to replace the TV for that and her reply was put some money with it and go buy a TV. How about you broke it and I have been without a tv for over a month paying for a service I can't use (u verse) you give me replacement cost. Sheesh so frustrating. All this over 100.00. Why can't you make me a happy customer?
