Service call cancelled

I had a service call scheduled to switch back to Uverse from Direct tv this morning. Direct tv turned off the service as scheduled . I called Att uverse and spent over 2 hours on the phone because the tech never showed up. They said there was a glitch in the system. Now I have no tv service and have to wait a week to reschedule and take off more work.  Who do I call to expedite this???? This is the bottom of customer service. What is wrong with att???? Please help.

You've stuck your request onto an already existing thread, one that has nothing to do with what you're asking. Also, we're customers like you; you need to call 800.288.2020 and specify 'Billing'.

Just wanted to post how dissatisfied I am with what a simple installation that went entirely wrong. I got things back in order after several phone calls and follow up that was entirely unnecessary.
