Service Move

Having tried to recently go through a service move, I am thoroughly convinced that it does not work the way it should.

 

Two weeks ago, I went online to AT&T and found the move tool. I attempted to login to this move tool to start my service move, but received a message stating that customer service interaction was required. Why? What's the point of having an online move tool if AT&T isn't going to allow customers to submit a service move. I called in and stated to the automated system that I wanted to transfer service. Guess what? The automated system wanted to text me a link to the online move tool. After getting around the automated system, I am transferred to sales which apparently has limited weekend hours or is not open on weekends.

I was literally moving across the street to a different apartment. Service is available at the new place, but AT&T's systems would not let me use the online move tool.

 


NEED HELP?
