Service never works
Why does at&t uverse go out all the time. We have had nothing but issues since october. We have had tech support out here 3 times just In A week and half. I never have tv but I still have to pay the bill.

What service problems are you experiencing?
Have you tried to use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool, to see if it can diagnose and/or fix the problem?
Let us know, so we know ho to proceed.

I am in this situation right now. My DVR won't work (and hasn't worked since May) in spite of three AT&T visits, once with a field manager in tow. Today, I just brought my wife home from the hospital and she'd love to watch TV as she recovers, but again, the DVR won't record or even pause. After 90 minutes on the phone with AT&T, the conclusion is that we need a 4th visit from an AT&T technician...but no one is available to come out either today or tomorrow. We have to wait two days.
Normally, a two day wait is acceptable. But for a customer like me who has been with AT&T for over 10 years, and a customer who has had continual problems with new DVRs, I think I deserve better service.
While I'd love to yell and scream (my frustration is killing me), I'm just trying to be patient and understanding. But AT&T never gives back that love...they just talk nice and make me wait for months, all to no avail.
