I had a scheduled appointment for 9am on Monday. The installer showed up at 8 am . By 1 he is still working on installing dish an wifi which is fine because the email said it could take up to 8 hours. By this time a horrible storm is fixing to move through an my power goes out an comes back on. I'm like hey you want to mabey take a lunch till this passes an he says no I'm almost done an now I have to start the downloading over. I'm telling this man it is horrible outside next few seconds my tv is hit by lightening. He tells me that they aren't responsible for this. Someone please explain to me why??
