Hi @chinahart,
We are sorry about the issues you are having with your remote, but we will be glad to help. It sounds like it is not making it into program mode. To get into program mode, while holding the mode key, press the OK key for about one second, then release both buttons. All the mode keys should flash twice, indicating you're in the programming mode. You'll now have 10 seconds to start the next step. Here is an article that goes over programming the remote.

Consistent with the original post, following the automatic setup, upon entering the 922 code, the TV enters the "My Multiview" screen. All steps prior to entering the code are consistent with the instructions.
I also attempted the manual setup. One code through the manual setup reacted as indicated in the instructions (three flashes) but the TV would not react to remote inputs. The second code only resulted in one long flash of the TV button and no responsiveness from remote button inputs.
