What you are describing has nothing to do with your Uverse receiver. Check your TVs Owner's Manual for an explanation of those numbers. It sounds like the "input" option on the TV got changed but that's just a guess.

Thanks! That's what I suspected but didn't know how to fix. Finally got a real human to help walk me thru the fix.
