Still waiting for installation
Why are you?
1. Unable to provide me with a DVR (waiting six months for one and still being charged)
2. Unable to Input my correct service address
3. Unable Install my service (6 appointments, all have been cancelled by you because you are unable to type the correct service address that you’ve been given SEVERAL TIMES
4. Charging me for service I don’t have
5. Not correcting the many mistakes you have made on my account
6. Why is my account listed as an employee account
7. Why do you cancel my appointments and do not call to explain why
8. Why do you have a team of people in other countries who are not trained to assist customers
9. Why must I continue to pay my bill when you refuse to provide service
10. Why do you have customer service if you don’t understand the meaning of good service
11. Why must I spend countless hours on the phone and chat and not have my issues resolved
You are a horrible, wretched company and I pray for your demise!
