Terrible service

Problematic box this was not helpful it has been a nightmare I reset cable box and gateway countless times which I should not have to the equipment should be fully functioning technician that was sent clearly not effective bc it happens at the same time everyday in And out of signal therefore  whatever I'm watching makes no sense it's ridiculous I cannot stand this terrible cable service it's been virtually impossible even getting my concerns to anyone at att

Unfortunately, every provider requires a little bit of "DIY maintenance."

Are you using ethernet from your gateway to your DVR? Once I switched, my issues disappeared.
