This set top box does not match

Hi - I received a new Cisco receiver and three of four TV's work. The one in our bedroom gets this "account unavailable " "restart receiver" (we have several times) and "This set top box does not match the account settings" - what's going on?

@JohngArthur   Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature below, by Need Help?

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service account settings problems.

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.  They can reset that error code 10 mins after acknowledging they have gotten your info.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply, possibly by email instead. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉
